本退款政策适用于由 5ssr Cloud(“5ssr Cloud”、“我们”或“本公司”)提供的所有产品和服务(统称“服务”)。您购买服务即表示同意本退款政策的全部内容。

This Refund Policy applies to all products and services (“Services”) offered by 5ssr Cloud (“5ssr Cloud,” “we,” or “us”). By purchasing our Services, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.

  1. 服务费用与支付 / Service Fees and Payment

1.1 所有服务费用应在服务订购时支付,并作为整个服务周期的预付费用。
1.1 All service fees must be paid at the time of order and are considered prepaid for the entire service period.

1.2 付款表示您已阅读并同意本退款政策及服务条款的约束。
1.2 Payment indicates that you have read and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service.

  1. 退款方式 / Refund Method

2.1 除本政策另有明确规定外,所有退款将退回至账户余额(Balance)形式,而非原支付渠道。
2.1 Except as otherwise expressly provided in this policy, all refunds will be issued as account balance credits rather than returned to the original payment method.

2.2 账户余额可用于抵扣未来的服务费用,但不可提现。
2.2 Account balance credits can be used to offset future service charges but are non‑withdrawable.

  1. 不可退款条款 / Non‑Refundable Terms

3.1 一旦服务开始提供,即使尚在服务周期内,5ssr Cloud 不接受任何退款请求。
3.1 Once a service has been provisioned, 5ssr Cloud will not accept any refund requests, even if within the service term.

3.2 服务一旦激活,任何理由(包括但不限于错误购买、区域错误、配置不符合预期)均不可退款。
3.2 Once the service is activated, refunds will not be issued for any reason (including but not limited to mistaken purchase, wrong region, or configuration not meeting expectations).

  1. 特殊定价与促销商品 / Special Pricing and Promotions

4.1 对于所有折扣、促销价、优惠套餐等特殊定价服务,一律不提供退款。
4.1 For all discounted, promotional, or special pricing services, no refunds will be provided.

4.2 任何优惠的退款条款在购买时已成为合同的一部分。
4.2 The refund terms for any discounts are part of the agreement at the time of purchase.

  1. 地区/IP 争议退款 / No Refunds Based on Region or IP

5.1 基于您选择服务的区域、节点、IP 所在地、网络延迟等因素提出的退款请求,均不予受理。
5.1 Refund requests based on the service region, node location, IP location, network latency, or similar factors will not be accepted.

5.2 任何节点优惠或区域定价均视为特殊定价,其退款政策同本协议一致。
5.2 Any node or region pricing is treated as special pricing, and the same refund policy applies.

  1. 争议与付款渠道 / Disputes and Payment Channels

6.1 客户不得通过 PayPal、支付宝、信用卡公司或任何第三方支付渠道发起争议(Dispute)来要求退款。
6.1 Customers must not initiate disputes (e.g., chargebacks) with PayPal, Alipay, credit card companies, or any payment processors in an attempt to obtain a refund.

6.2 若客户对收费有疑问,应按照本政策第 7 条 所述提交工单申请核实,而非通过支付平台争议。
6.2 If a customer has billing questions, they should submit a support ticket as described in Section 7 of this policy, instead of filing a dispute with the payment platform.

6.3 若检测到客户通过 PayPal、支付宝或其他支付渠道提交争议(Dispute),5ssr Cloud 有权立即终止该客户账号及其所有服务,且账户余额不退款。
6.3 If it is detected that a customer has filed a dispute (chargeback) with PayPal, Alipay, or any payment channel, 5ssr Cloud reserves the right to immediately terminate the customer’s account and all associated services, and no refund will be issued.

  1. 异常收费与纠错退款 / Billing Errors and Corrective Refunds

7.1 虽然服务一经激活不可退款,但若因系统错误、重复扣费或技术原因导致收费异常,客户可在支付后 14 天内 提交支持工单申请审核。
7.1 Although services are non‑refundable once activated, if billing anomalies occur due to system error, duplicate charges, or technical issues, customers may submit a support ticket within 14 days of payment for review.

7.2 申请时需提供订单号、交易凭证及说明。
7.2 When applying, provide your order number, transaction proof, and explanation.

7.3 经核实属系统错误或重复收费的,5ssr Cloud 可根据情况将相应金额退回至账户余额。
7.3 Verified refunds due to system errors or duplicate charges may be credited back to the account balance at 5ssr Cloud’s discretion.

  1. 服务终止与退款 / Service Termination and Refunds

8.1 若客户因违反服务条款或本退款政策导致账号被终止,则不予退款。
8.1 If a customer’s account is terminated due to violation of the Terms of Service or this Refund Policy, no refund will be provided.

8.2 若因 5ssr Cloud 的原因无法提供服务,5ssr Cloud 可对未提供期间按比例退回余额或提供服务信用。
8.2 If 5ssr Cloud is unable to provide services due to reasons within its control, a proportional balance credit or service credit for the unused period may be issued.

  1. 客户责任与义务 / Customer Responsibilities and Obligations

9.1 客户有责任遵守本退款政策规定,不得滥用支付通道争议机制以规避政策。
9.1 Customers are responsible for complying with this Refund Policy and must not misuse payment dispute mechanisms to circumvent the policy.

9.2 任何因争议行为导致的损失、费用或责任均由客户自行承担。
9.2 Any loss, cost, or liability arising from dispute actions shall be borne solely by the customer.

  1. 争议解决与适用法律 / Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 本退款政策作为服务合同的一部分,与其他相关协议共同约束双方权利义务。
10.1 This Refund Policy forms part of the contractual agreement and governs rights and obligations alongside other agreements.

10.2 因本退款政策产生的争议应根据服务条款中约定的适用法律与管辖权解决。
10.2 Disputes arising out of this Refund Policy shall be resolved under the applicable law and jurisdiction stated in the Terms of Service.
