本可接受使用政策（“AUP”）规定了您使用由 5ssr Cloud（“5ssr Cloud”、“我们”或“本公司”）提供的所有服务（统称“服务”）时必须遵守的行为准则。使用服务即表示您同意遵守本 AUP。本政策是服务条款的一部分，并与之共同约束您对服务的使用。
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the rules and standards of conduct for using the services (“Services”) provided by 5ssr Cloud (“5ssr Cloud,” “we,” or “us”). Use of the Services constitutes acceptance of this AUP. This policy is part of and incorporated into the Terms of Service.

本 AUP 适用于所有通过 5ssr Cloud 提供的服务，包括但不限于主机托管、云服务器、网站托管、数据传输及相关技术服务。您和您的最终用户必须遵守本政策。违反本 AUP 可能导致服务暂停、中止或终止。

This AUP applies to all services supplied by 5ssr Cloud, including but not limited to hosting, cloud servers, web hosting, data transfer, and related technical services. You and your end users must comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension, interruption, or termination of services.

You agree to use 5ssr Cloud’s Services only for lawful and legitimate purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The following activities are considered serious violations, and 5ssr Cloud reserves the right to take action:

Distributing, storing, publishing, or linking to any illegal, obscene, hateful, threatening, violent, child sexual exploitation, or otherwise unlawful content.

3.2 侵犯知识产权 / Intellectual Property Infringement
上传、发布或传播侵犯他人版权、商标、专利或其他知识产权的内容，除非您拥有所有必要授权。
Uploading, posting, or distributing content that infringes on others’ copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights without proper authorization.

3.3 网络攻击与安全违规 / Network Attacks and Security Violations
未经授权访问或试图访问服务器、网络或数据；传播恶意软件、病毒、勒索软件、木马或其他破坏性代码。
Unauthorized access or attempted access to servers, networks, or data; distributing malware, viruses, ransomware, trojans, or other harmful code.

3.4 滥用资源 / Abuse of Resources
进行 DDoS 攻击、暴力破解、洪泛攻击或其他旨在中断服务、减慢网络、妨碍正常用户使用的行为。
Engaging in DDoS attacks, brute‑force attacks, flooding, or other activities intended to disrupt services, slow networks, or interfere with normal user access.

3.5 未经批准的批量邮件与垃圾信息 / Unsolicited Communications and Spam
发送未经请求的批量邮件（垃圾邮件）、短信或其他形式的群发信息，特别是未经收件人同意的营销内容。
Sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam), SMS, or other mass communications, especially marketing content without recipient consent.

3.6 未授权的商业用途 / Unauthorized Commercial Use
使用服务进行任何违反本协议或适用法律的商业活动，如诈骗、传销、误导性广告等。
Using the Services for any commercial activity that violates this Agreement or applicable laws, including scams, pyramid schemes, or misleading advertising.

3.7 隐私与敏感信息滥用 / Privacy and Sensitive Data Abuse
传播、收集或存储他人的敏感或隐私数据（如身份证号码、银行信息）而无合法授权。
Transmitting, collecting, or storing others’ sensitive or private data (e.g., IDs, banking information) without lawful authorization.
- 合规与法律义务 / Compliance with Laws
您必须遵守所有适用的国家、地区和国际法律法规，包括但不限于知识产权保护、隐私保护、网络安全和反欺诈法律。
You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to intellectual property, privacy protection, cybersecurity, and anti‑fraud laws.

5ssr Cloud 可在法律允许的范围内监控其服务使用情况，以确保合规，并可在必要时披露信息以履行法律义务或保护本公司、客户及公众利益。
5ssr Cloud may monitor service usage where permitted by law to ensure compliance and may disclose information when necessary to fulfill legal obligations or protect the company, its customers, or the public.

- 违规后果 / Enforcement and Consequences
若您违反本政策，5ssr Cloud 可采取包括但不限于下列措施：
If you violate this policy, 5ssr Cloud may take one or more of the following actions:
暂停或终止您的账户与服务访问；
Suspend or terminate your account and access to services;
取消相关资源分配；
Revoke related resource allocations;
保留追究法律责任的权利；
Reserve the right to pursue legal action;
向执法机关或相关权益方报告违规行为。
Report violations to law enforcement or relevant parties.

You are responsible for all liabilities arising from violations of this AUP, including any resulting claims for damages.
- 政策修订 / Changes to This Policy
5ssr Cloud 可随时修改本政策，并在网站公布更新内容。继续使用服务将被视为接受更新后的 AUP。
5ssr Cloud may revise this policy at any time and post updates on its website. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP
